Returns & Refunds

REFUND POLICY 

Obviously we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery and get a full refund. Returning a package is on own cost. 

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Please send an email, including your order number, to info@be-vearless.com to register your return. 

2. Please return your item(s) in the original packaging or another identical type of packaging that is protective enough to prevent the item from damaging.

IMPORTANT

  • Item(s) have to be unworn, have no signs of use and must be undamaged.   
  • Please include the filled in return form that is included in the package. Without this information we cannot refund your order. 
  • The product should be returned back to us using an established delivery service and you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time, we won’t refund you the price.

 

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with an approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
