Netherlands 1-3* business days

Europe 2-6* business days

International 4-14* business days

* please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends, holidays and unexpected circumstances are not included in the estimated delivery time. We wish we could, but unfortunately we cannot control the third party couriers that handle the shipping for us. If any delays occur we kindly ask you to be patient.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery terms

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact courier with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at ..., and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost. 

Issue with order or broken items

  • If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email info@be-vearless.com within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns.
